Our service engineers are fully qualified and highly knowledgeable, they regularly undergo vigorous training to enable them to stay abreast of all advances taking place within the industry; in most cases we can fully repair your equipment during the initial call out or at least provide an interim fix until a part has been delivered.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Breakdowns or complete failure of air conditioning systems can be significantly reduced through frequent PPM visits.
Before undergoing a full health check, filters and coils (heat exchangers) will be cleaned and treated with specialist products that deodorise, sanitise and rinse away contaminants in order to maintain optimum efficiency and performance.
The cost of planned maintenance can be offset against higher running costs, expensive repairs, and voidance of manufacturer’s warranties.
We can offer bespoke maintenance plans, specifically suited to your exact needs, but in most cases, an annual visit is sufficient.
Customers whose equipment is under an active maintenance plan receive discounted hourly rates on service calls and receive priority status when the sun is cracking the flags, in other words jumping the queue. It’s only fair!
